Amazon Prime Day deals are cutting prices across New York this week, giving shoppers a chance to save on tech, home products, kitchen items, beauty, fashion, groceries, and Amazon devices. The sale begins on June 23 and runs through June 26, making it a four-day shopping event for Prime members. New York shoppers can use this week to compare prices, build wish lists, set deal alerts, and avoid last-minute buying mistakes. While many discounts may look attractive, not every deal is the best price of the year.
What Deals Are Available This Week
Amazon Prime Day deals this week cover many popular shopping categories. New York shoppers can expect discounts on electronics, smart home products, kitchen tools, home improvement items, beauty products, fashion, school supplies, and daily essentials. Amazon devices may also get strong price cuts because Prime Day often includes deals on Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, Ring, and other Amazon products. Some early deals may go live before the main event, while limited-time lightning deals may appear during the sale.
How New York Shoppers Can Save More
Shoppers in New York can even save more by shopping with a plan, not just because a product has a discount badge. First, draw up a list of products you need. Second, check the regular price ahead of Prime Day so you can tell if the deal is legit. Third, set up deal alerts for products you are waiting to buy. Fourth, check Amazon’s prices against Walmart, Best Buy, Target and the brand’s websites. Fifth, check the final total at checkout, including tax and delivery.
Best Categories To Watch During Prime Day
The best Prime Day categories tend to be ones that shoppers need, but there are some categories that are worth looking out for. Electronics are a hot category as headphones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops and accessories are often discounted. Home items, cleaning tools, furniture and bedding can help families save on daily necessities. Beauty and personal care products may be good to stock up on.
