A Walworth man was arrested following a domestic incident investigation in the Town of Marion, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the incident occurred on Chaintree Drive and resulted in the arrest of Coty A. Vancuyck, 31, of Walworth.
Authorities charged Vancuyck with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child under the age of 17.
Deputies took Vancuyck into custody and transported him to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Process.
