A Clyde man was arrested early Friday after deputies said he interfered with a criminal investigation stemming from a family dispute in the Town of Galen.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Timothy R. Walker, 38, of Jenkins Road following an investigation into a family trouble call that occurred shortly before 2 a.m.
According to deputies, Walker resisted law enforcement officers during the course of a criminal investigation.
Walker was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in court at a later date.
