Geneva City Council schedules special meeting focused on executive session

Geneva City Council will hold a brief special meeting on June 17 centered on an executive session to discuss a proposed sale or exchange of securities held by the city.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the second-floor Council Chambers at City Hall on Castle Street.

According to the agenda, council members will first conduct routine opening business, including the call to order, pledge of allegiance and roll call.

The council is then expected to enter executive session to discuss the proposed sale or exchange of securities before adjourning.
