Police say a Victor man was charged after two young children were found unattended in a vehicle on South Main Street.
Joel O. Rivera-Lourido, 36, of Victor, was arrested May 22 and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into the report.
According to police, Rivera-Lourido left a 6-year-old and 9-year-old in his vehicle for approximately 45 minutes while he shopped at a nearby business.
Following his arrest, the children were turned over to their mother. Rivera-Lourido was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
