Eleven students at North Rose-Wolcott Middle School have been inducted into the school’s chapter of the National Junior Honor Society following a ceremony held May 27.
The newly inducted members are Reagan Boogaard, Lily Cagle, Chase Chapin, Audrey Haffner, Alexis Luckey, Livie McQuarrie, Willow Pardee, Andrew Patchett, Lilly Riedl, Marlee Shear and Carson Smith.
National Junior Honor Society recognizes middle school students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship and character. Students are selected based on their commitment to those core values.
School officials recognized the students during the induction ceremony, welcoming them into the organization’s local chapter and acknowledging their academic achievements and contributions to the school community.
The National Junior Honor Society serves as the middle school counterpart to the National Honor Society, encouraging students to continue developing leadership skills and a commitment to service.
