A traffic stop on State Route 96 in Victor resulted in drunken driving charges against a Penfield man, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Matthew R. Farren, 47, of Penfield, was arrested May 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was also issued a traffic ticket for not wearing a seatbelt.
Deputies said the arrest followed an investigation stemming from a traffic stop on State Route 96.
Farren was issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court on June 10 to answer the charges. Deputy Meek investigated the incident with assistance from Deputy Pulver.
