Police said officers were called to the area on May 31 after receiving a complaint that a vehicle had struck a parked car. During the investigation, officers determined Grady had allegedly been operating the vehicle while intoxicated.

Authorities said further testing revealed Grady had a blood alcohol content of 0.17%, more than twice New York’s legal limit of 0.08%.

Officer Gunnar Dalton reported the arrest.
