A single-vehicle crash in Victor led to a drunken driving arrest early Sunday morning, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Broughton, 23, of Fairport, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an investigation into the crash on State Route 96.
Deputies said the arrest stemmed from their investigation of a one-vehicle accident in the town during the early morning hours of May 31.
Broughton was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was later released with traffic citations. He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge. Deputies R. Craine, Lefebvre and Larkin investigated the incident.
