A Canandaigua man was taken into custody Monday after deputies executed a bench warrant issued through Ontario County Drug Treatment Court.
Kolens Imbert, 31, of Canandaigua, was arrested June 1 at the Ontario County Probation Department on County Complex Drive in Hopewell. Authorities said the warrant was issued after Imbert allegedly failed to comply with court-ordered programs.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, deputies located and arrested Imbert at the probation office without incident.
Imbert was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment on the warrant. Deputy Fitzgerald reported the arrest.
