The Weedsport Fire Department is expressing its gratitude to the volunteers, sponsors and community members who helped make the 2026 Weedsport Firemen’s Field Days a success.
In a message shared after the annual event concluded, department officials thanked the many volunteers who dedicated time and effort before, during and after the festivities. Fire department leaders said that commitment is what allows the long-running community tradition to continue each year.
The department also recognized vendors, entertainers, sponsors, parade participants and community partners for helping create a positive experience for attendees throughout the event.
Officials reserved special thanks for the thousands of residents and visitors who attended the Field Days, whether by purchasing wristbands, enjoying food and entertainment, participating in activities or spending time with family and friends on the grounds.
The department said it is proud to serve the Weedsport community and appreciates the continued support it receives from residents. Fire officials said they look forward to welcoming visitors back for next year’s Field Days.
