A long-planned brewery inspired by the flavors of Barcelona is officially open in the heart of Victor, according to the Daily Messenger.
DeWolf Brewing Co. marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week after spending years planning and renovating a former 1800s-era feed store on Maple Avenue. Owner Justin DeWolf, a Phelps native, said the brewery combines craft beer with Spanish tapas inspired by the years he and his wife spent living in Barcelona.
The brewery has been serving customers since late 2025, but officials used the event to celebrate the project’s completion and its addition to Ontario County’s tourism and agriculture-driven economy. Grand opening festivities continue through May 31 with brewery tours and special promotions.
