A Geneva man was taken into custody Thursday after authorities executed a bench warrant issued by Seneca Falls Town Court, according to police.
Justin T. Letts, 20, of Geneva, was arrested around 12:21 p.m. May 28 after the Geneva Police Department notified Seneca Falls police that he was in custody and available to be turned over for warrant execution.
Police said the warrant stemmed from Letts’ failure to pay a fine related to a previous violation. After being transferred to the custody of the Seneca Falls Police Department, Letts was processed on the warrant.
He was transported to the Seneca County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
