A Waterloo woman was taken into custody Wednesday after Seneca Falls police said she intentionally struck a parked vehicle while two juveniles were standing nearby.
Police said Victoria Eggleston, 31, was arrested May 27 following an investigation into a reported property damage accident in Seneca Falls.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, investigators determined Eggleston intentionally hit the parked vehicle before leaving the scene. Officers said two juveniles were standing next to the vehicle at the time of the incident.
Eggleston was charged with one count of attempted criminal mischief in the fourth degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. She was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, a violation.
Police said Eggleston was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail pending arraignment. Authorities also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victims.
