A Monroe County woman was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge after deputies stopped her vehicle overnight in the Town of Farmington, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Heather K. Bryant, 51, of Pittsford, was taken into custody around 12:20 a.m. Sunday following a roadside investigation tied to a traffic stop on State Route 332, deputies said.
Investigators alleged Bryant was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Deputies transported her to the Ontario County Jail, where authorities said she refused a Datamaster analysis to determine her blood alcohol content.
Bryant was issued uniform traffic tickets charging her with driving while intoxicated and was held for centralized arraignment. She is scheduled to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
