A Waterloo man is facing a felony charge after police say he was caught driving with multiple license suspensions during a traffic stop earlier this week.
The Waterloo Police Department said Cody B. Keller, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested around 2 a.m. on April 29 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony offense.
According to police, Keller was stopped while operating a vehicle on a public highway and was allegedly aware that his driver’s license had been suspended.
Investigators said Keller had eight suspensions on seven separate dates, which elevated the charge to a felony-level offense.
Keller was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
