A Geneva man was arrested on felony drug charges early Monday after Ontario County sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Town of Hopewell, according to authorities.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said deputies stopped a vehicle around 1:29 a.m. on County Road 50 for multiple vehicle and traffic violations before identifying the driver as 45-year-old Clarence L. Perkins of Geneva.
