A Canandaigua man was arrested last week after police say he failed to comply with address reporting requirements tied to his status as a sex offender.
Kelly Boser, 45, of Canandaigua, was arrested May 1 at approximately 4:06 p.m. following an investigation into an alleged address reporting violation.
Police allege Boser failed to update his address on April 1 after moving from Prospect Street to Davidson Avenue within the City of Canandaigua.
Boser was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
