An abandoned vehicle auction is scheduled for Thursday in Ithaca under provisions of New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law governing unclaimed vehicles.
According to a legal notice published this week, the sale will take place May 8 at 10 a.m. at Fingerlakes Towing, located at 154 Cecil Malone Drive in Ithaca.
Vehicles listed for auction include a 2015 Honda CR-V and a 2016 Hyundai Sonata.
The notice states that accepted forms of payment will include cash, cashier’s checks, or certified checks only.
