A Farmington man is facing charges after deputies say he repeatedly violated an order of protection by contacting a protected individual.
Jeffrey Englehart, 36, was arrested April 30 on a felony warrant issued out of Hopewell Town Court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said Englehart violated a full stay-away order of protection on multiple occasions by contacting the protected party. He later turned himself in at the Ontario County Jail for centralized arraignment.
Following arraignment, Englehart was released on bail.
