A Lyons man is being held in the Wayne County Jail after deputies executed an arrest tied to a grand jury indictment on multiple felony sex offense charges.
Thomas E. Finewood, 56, was taken into custody around 8:34 a.m. April 19 on a Wayne County Superior Court warrant, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Finewood is charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual act and three counts of third-degree criminal sexual act.
Authorities said he is being held pending arraignment in Wayne County Superior Court.
