A noise complaint in the early morning hours led to the arrest of a Geneva teenager now facing a misdemeanor charge in Seneca County.
Police said Brenden L. Heath, 18, was taken into custody around 4:11 a.m. April 20 following an investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department.
During that investigation, officers determined Heath was in violation of a Class A order of protection. He was subsequently charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a Class A misdemeanor.
Heath was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he was held pending arraignment.
