Seneca Falls teen faces felony charges after domestic incident

A Seneca Falls teenager is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following a reported domestic disturbance earlier this month.

Kiley M. Bojczuk, 19, of Seneca Falls, was arrested April 14 at 8:41 a.m. by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.


According to police, Bojczuk was charged with attempted burglary in the second degree, a class D felony, and criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony. Additional charges include criminal mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors, as well as harassment in the second degree, a violation.

Authorities said Bojczuk was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she was held pending arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims.
