A Galen man is facing charges after authorities say he was found with prohibited items while incarcerated at the Wayne County Jail.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports Antione K. Harris, 39, was charged following an investigation into an incident at the facility in Lyons.
Deputies allege Harris was in possession of contraband, including matches, while inside the jail. He was charged with two counts of second-degree promoting prison contraband.
Harris was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on April 21.
