ROCHESTER — A top Rochester Regional Health executive has been recognized nationally for his role in advancing digital innovation across one of the region’s largest healthcare systems.
Dwight Raum, executive vice president and chief digital information officer at Rochester Regional Health, was named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2026 list of “58 Hospital and Health System Chief Digital Officers to Know,” highlighting his work in modernizing healthcare technology and improving patient care systems.
Raum oversees the organization’s digital strategy, enterprise applications and technology infrastructure, with a focus on aligning those systems with clinical priorities and operational needs. His work has centered on improving care coordination, strengthening internal systems and enhancing both patient and provider experience across the health system.
Under his leadership, Rochester Regional Health has expanded its use of digital tools aimed at supporting clinical decision-making and driving innovation systemwide. Officials say those efforts are key to meeting the evolving healthcare needs of communities across western New York and the Finger Lakes.
