A Geneva man was taken into custody Monday after failing to appear in court, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Ryan A. Pesante-Davila, 36, around 12:30 p.m. on a bench warrant issued out of Romulus Town Court.
Authorities said the warrant was issued after Pesante-Davila failed to appear as required. He was taken into custody without incident.
Pesante-Davila was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending CAP court proceedings.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Geneva Police Department.
