Metal detecting program set for April 2

A public program on metal detecting discoveries will take place April 2 in Geneva.

The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Geneva History Museum on South Main Street.


Rebecca J. Eastman and Jess Youngquest will present findings uncovered through metal detecting in Seneca County.

Their discoveries include items such as coins, antique toys and other buried objects.

The program is sponsored by the Antiques Club of the Finger Lakes in cooperation with Historic Geneva.

Admission is free and open to the public.
