Ontario County sheriff’s deputies arrested a suspect following a shoplifting complaint at Eastview Mall in Victor.
Allan Y. Quinones Rosario, 21, of Rochester, was taken into custody March 13 at Von Maur, 300 Eastview Mall Drive.
Deputies said Quinones Rosario allegedly passed all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $40.
He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
