Police said the case began with a complaint alleging Bell forged the initials of two probation officers and then turned those documents over to the courts.

Officers charged Bell with forgery in the second degree, a class D felony, and offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree, a misdemeanor.

Police arrested Bell around 8:03 a.m.

Authorities transported Bell to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held awaiting arraignment at CAP Court.
