A domestic incident in the Town of Sodus led to the arrest of a 72-year-old man Sunday.
Timothy Jellerson of Maple Avenue in Sodus was taken into custody after deputies investigated the incident.
Investigators allege Jellerson struck the victim in the chest and broke a chair during the incident.
Deputies said the actions violated a refrain-from order of protection.
Jellerson was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released to CAP Court to await arraignment.
