A vehicle complaint in the Town of Arcadia led to a drunk driving arrest early Saturday morning.
Hector H. Garcia, 33, of Vienna Road in Arcadia, was arrested after deputies investigated a report of a vehicle driving erratically on Filkins Road.
Deputies said Garcia crossed the center line and went off the roadway.
Investigators determined he was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Garcia later provided a breath sample that measured a blood alcohol content of .12%.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over .08, failure to keep right and refusal to submit to a prescreen.
Garcia is scheduled to appear in Arcadia Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
