Seneca Falls man arrested after domestic threat

Police arrested a Seneca Falls man after responding to a domestic incident where a victim was threatened in front of children.

David Maury, 58, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody March 1 by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.

Officers charged Maury with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor.

He also faces a charge of criminal tampering in the third degree, a Class B misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.

Police said the charges stem from a domestic incident in which Maury threatened the victim while children were present.

Authorities transported Maury to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he was held awaiting arraignment.
