A 21-year-old Waterloo woman faces drunken driving charges after police responded to a vehicle and traffic complaint Tuesday evening.
Carlina D. Osborne was arrested around 5:33 p.m. Feb. 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.18%, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Officers received a complaint alleging Osborne was driving intoxicated. Police located her vehicle, and she admitted to driving to the location, authorities said.
During the investigation, officers determined Osborne had a blood alcohol content of 0.31%, nearly four times the legal limit.
Police issued uniform traffic tickets for the DWI charges and for operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
