UR Medicine Thompson Health will begin holding two grief support group meetings each month instead of one.
The change starts in March and aims to better accommodate different schedules, according to the Canandaigua-based health system.
The first March meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 13, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. It will be held in the George M. Ewing Jr. Conference Room on the ground floor of the Constellation Center for Health and Healing at Thompson Hospital.
The second meeting will take place Tuesday, March 24, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Sands Conference Room on the ground floor of the Thompson Professional Building.
Both locations sit at the back of the hospital campus and are accessible via The Thompson Way, a private drive off West Street just south of The Eye Care Center.
The grief support groups are open to any community members who have experienced a loss through death.
