A reported disturbance on Perry Place ended with a felony arrest late Tuesday morning.
Anthony D. Crutcher, 35, of Canandaigua, faces a charge of criminal contempt in the first degree.
Officers responded to a Perry Place address around 11:40 a.m. on Feb. 17 after receiving a report of a disturbance. During the investigation, authorities determined Crutcher violated an order of protection.
Investigators say he picked up the person protected by the order and slammed them to the ground.
Officers arrested Crutcher and transported him to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
