A 43-year-old Elmira woman turned herself in to authorities Thursday afternoon on an active arrest warrant.
Deputies arrested Tiffany M. Burgess at 4:01 p.m. Feb. 20 in Penn Yan, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
The Town of Starkey Court issued the warrant for second-degree criminal contempt.
Burgess surrendered at the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, where deputies took her into custody.
Deputies held Burgess at the Yates County Jail as she awaits the next session of Yates County CAP Court arraignment.
