Deputies took a Geneva man into custody Friday afternoon on an active bench warrant.
Gerald E. Buck Jr., 56, of Geneva, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. Feb. 21 at 5214 W. Lake Road, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the Town of Milo Court issued the warrant for failure to appear.
Geneva Police Department officers first took Buck into custody and then turned him over to Yates County deputies.
Deputies processed Buck and held him at the Yates County Jail until his next CAP arraignment.
Deputy Smith handled the case. Sgt. Chisom released the information to the press. Geneva Police assisted at the scene.
