An incarcerated man at the Seneca County Correctional Facility now faces an additional charge after investigators accused him of stealing from another person inside the jail.
Robert Nageldinger was arrested February 20 by members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division and charged with one count of Petit Larceny, according to Sheriff Timothy Thompson.
Investigators allege that Nageldinger stole items that did not belong to him from another individual.
Authorities served Nageldinger with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Romulus Court at a later date.
