The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted on several charges, including burglary.
Authorities say Matthew D. Ennis is wanted for petit larceny, burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief.
Ennis is listed as a 40-year-old white male with a date of birth of May 27, 1985. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
He has brown hair and blue eyes.
The sheriff’s office urges anyone who knows his whereabouts to contact them at 315-536-4438. People can also text a tip by sending “YATES” to 847411.
Officials ask residents not to approach him and to share any information directly with law enforcement.
