A Corning woman will spend six months in jail and a decade on probation after admitting to a felony rape charge, according to WETM.
Jolene Spaulding, 46, pleaded guilty to third-degree rape, a class E felony. Investigators said she engaged in a sexual relationship with a juvenile at Hillside Children’s Center-Snell Farms in Bath, where she worked. Authorities charged her in June 2025 following an investigation.
A judge sentenced Spaulding to six months in the Steuben County Jail followed by 10 years of probation. She must also register as a sex offender in New York state.
