The high school basketball regular season wrapped up Wednesday, and a handful of Wayne-Finger Lakes teams were in action. Wayne senior Aidan Twist reached a major milestone, scoring his 1,000th career point in a non-league victory over Rochester Prep. He became just the fourth player in Wayne boys basketball history to reach the mark and the sixth in the Wayne-Finger Lakes to do so this season. Meanwhile, Lyons and Marcus Whitman met for the third time this year, with the Lions securing their third consecutive double-digit win over the Wildcats.
