Driving the wrong way on a one-way street led to a DWI arrest in Canandaigua.
Robert Shaff, 62, of Fairport, was arrested after officers stopped him on South Main Street .
Police stopped Shaff around 9:13 p.m. Jan. 24 after they saw him driving the wrong direction .
Officers say he showed signs of intoxication and they placed him under arrest .
Shaff later secured release to a third party on an appearance ticket. He will appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date .
