Austin P. Beseler, 30, faces a charge of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree .
Police received a report around 6:20 p.m. Jan. 19 that Beseler contacted the protected party despite a stay-away order .
Officers arrested Beseler and transported him to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment .
