A domestic dispute investigation in Ontario led to the arrest of a 42-year-old woman accused of violating a stay away order of protection.
Brittany L. Berryman, of Bear Creek Drive in Ontario, faces two counts of second-degree criminal contempt and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they discovered the alleged violation while investigating a domestic dispute at 1986 Bear Creek Drive on Feb. 16 around 8:24 p.m.
Authorities arrested Berryman and transported her to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing. They later took her to the Wayne County Jail to await CAPS arraignment.
