A late-night disturbance on Phoenix Street led to a harassment charge.
Jamie Hartwell, 41, of Manchester, received a criminal summons for Harassment in the Second Degree .
Police responded to the disturbance reported on Jan. 24. Investigators allege Hartwell placed her hand on a man’s chest while trying to remove her from a bar .
Officers served the summons around 11:51 p.m. Jan. 30 .
Hartwell will appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date .
