A reported disturbance on South Main Street led to a harassment arrest.
Colby T. Cornell, 36, of Canandaigua, faces a charge of Harassment in the Second Degree .
Police responded around 2:28 p.m. Feb. 1. Investigators allege Cornell tried to knock a phone out of another person’s hand and shoved them into a wall .
Officers arrested Cornell and transported him to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment .
