A Farmington man already behind bars picked up another charge after officers served him with a bench warrant.
Ethan J. Payne, 36, faced the warrant after he failed to appear in court on a previous Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree charge .
Officers served the warrant around 11:40 a.m. Jan. 24 while Payne remained in custody at the Ontario County Jail .
He stayed at the jail pending arraignment in CAP Court .
