Deputies arrested a Geneva man after investigating a vehicle and traffic complaint in Lyons.
Dale R. Frey, 49, of Lenox Road in the Town of Geneva, faces charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Deputies located Frey as he pulled into a parking lot of a local business. During the interaction, deputies said he showed signs of impairment.
Officers administered standardized field sobriety tests. After those tests, deputies transported Frey to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he submitted to a breath test.
Authorities said the test showed a blood alcohol content of 0.18.
Deputies processed Frey and released him. He will appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
