Police in Palmyra say a village woman shared marijuana with her 11-year-old child on multiple occasions.
The Palmyra Police Department arrested Andrea L. Allen-Ascioti, 39, of Cuyler Street, on Feb. 11 following an investigation into an incident in the village.
Investigators determined that Allen-Ascioti smoked marijuana with her child several times at her residence.
Police charged her with endangering the welfare of a child.
Officers remanded Allen-Ascioti to the Wayne County Jail. She is scheduled to appear for centralized arraignment proceedings on Feb. 12 to answer the charge.
