Police arrested a man after responding to a report of a physical domestic inside a Penn Yan residence.
Reginald A. Storms III, 44, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody Jan. 16 following the incident, according to police.
Officers said they made contact with the victim, who reported that she and Storms were involved in a physical altercation. The victim stated Storms struck her in the face.
Police arrested Storms and transported him to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing. He was later taken to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
